Support SPCA Petition to Prime Minister Malaysia

April 1, 2006 at 11:36 am | Posted in Uncategorized | 2 Comments

Dear Animal Lovers and Advocates,

As you may be aware, the SPCA Malaysia started a petition to the prime minster to raise the cruelty fine from RM200 to a significantly higher fine of around RM10,000.00. The petition, which included the signatures of supporters, was supposed to be handed to the prime minister in October 2004. However, this has not happened, as we only managed to raise 20,000 signatures. Due to the insufficient number of signatures collected during the first phase of this petition, the SPCA is entering a second phase in hope to collect at least 100,000 signatures locally and internationally.

Please log on to to sign a petition form. Your supports are greatly appreciated.

  1. SPCA MY ASS… u guy kill unworth keeping animal sob sob

  2. moqes> I know how you feel. I also feel hard to know they’ll put down animals which are not adopted for a period of time. As a matter of fact, they do not have the ability to keep all. So what we can do is try our best to stop stray dogs and cats. Neuter / spay your pets if you’re not planning to breed.
